We are outraged to be charged for our claim to the tune of ‘£540.57 because you have now reacher your policies annual limit.’
What is the point of having the insurance if we can’t claim the full amount ? We already paid £250 excess !! This an absolute joke, these hidden costs are unfair and we are now in debt because of waggel. We will not be continuing our policy next year!
