The application form was simple to complete but I wanted to add pre-existing conditions but couldn’t find where to add these.
I had to call the next day to ask how to add these and the person I spoke to, said she’d ‘pin’ the information to the file and was told pre-existing conditions are only requested if a claim is made.
I think this information should be make more clear during the application process.
