Besides, they always answer our particular questions and were willing to help with our specific needs and find a suitable solution. There were no hidden costs or anything unexpected and the whole experience stages ended up being as it was explained and suposed to be. Fortunately we did not need to use the onsite assistance but we feel that we have the contact information in case it was needed. At least in our experience, they worked with an actual local organization that does great job developing their projects and involving the local comunity in a sustainable and ethical way.
