I spent 10 days volunteering in Nairobi, Kenya. We spent our time at Tigoni Level 4 Hospital and have experienced alot in such a short time. I would recommend Volunteering solutions to all medical staff, student nurses, or anyone who just wants to experience a different culture. Our accommodation was okay, comfy beds and the basics that you need, the meals cooked were lovely, and our hosts couldn't do enough for us. We became friends with other volunteers who were housed with us or near us, these people have become friends for life. (A lock on the bathroom door would have been perfect though; marked down a star because 8 people sharing a small bathroom is hard. No body wants to see our friends naked; or not me). I just wished we stayed longer. Looking forward to our next adventure.
