I ordered a black satin corset, the first corset I have ever bought. And unfortunately, I only realised as soon as I bought it that I ordered the wrong size. I didn't know there is a variety. Anyway I immediately contacted the store in the hope of rectifying it and gave order number, size needed etc. But got no response and then a few weeks later, got an email to say that my order has been sent out with original wrong size ordered. Now, I will have to go through the process of sending it back and waiting directly my proper size. I know this is my mistake but I don't know why they have customer service.
