I am so glad this company is still operating and selling spare parts for the brilliant Oscar juicer I bought from them over 12 years ago and still going fine.It is rare to find companies dedicated to customer service like these guys. My only gripe is the postage fees are ridiculously high in comparison to most postal fees, but for difficult parts to get a hold of, it's the choice you have to make and the cost you have to pay if you need them badly. Good company overall.
