Given accurate information about the Zen Infrared sauna which we purchased as a result. It arrived without us receiving any notifiation or call from the courier as promised. There were no build or use instructions included with it. We did put it together and have found it to be of good quality and it performs as intended. It is heavy and sliding it into position in the corner of the room was difficult. We used the cardboard box it came in to help. Used twice in 10 days we already feel better. Buy it.
