We placed a small order from this company and they sent it to the wrong address allthough all the paperwork was in order with correct address.
when I spoke with the customer services they said the had to chase up the post office but still could not locate our order, after may calls to customer services they finally agreed to re send our order after nearly a 2 week wait.
very poor service.
