I chose a pre-cut design with a border, and I'm very pleased with the finished film.
I'd been very worried about applying it to the glass, so I watched lots of videos on Youtube beforehand.
Just apply the water/detergent spray generously as directed, and it goes on without issue.
Very happy with my purchase!
