Product OK but instruction sheet enclosed a bit like War and Peace novel - too much bla bla. Spoke to a nice lady in the office who simplified it and talked me through in about a minute. I suggest you revise your instruction sheet and simplify - remember that wise maxim - Life is simple - people make it complicated !!
