Actual surgery was fast painless and efficient. Pre surgery information was not user friendly for cognitively impaired and elderly. There was no wheelchair availability to assist patient from car to lift. There was no disabled toilet on ground floor and no signage indicating availability on first floor. No clear evidence on amount of eye drops after surgery and no availability of application aids. Fur coat and nae nickers to coin an appropriate Scottish phrase.
