Fortunately the surgery was more efficient than the administration! From the initial consultation with Mr Mantry I felt I was in competent hands. Although I corrected the name of my GP's surgery twice, this was ignored and the summary sheets each had different, neither local, on them. I am pleased with the improvement in my eyesight, though still slightly concerned by the feeling that there is "something", not visible, in the left corner of my left eye. Maybe this is normal. Nothing was remarked on at the NHS follow-up by my optician.
