Purchased gluten free dough balls and sourdough dough balls. Both arrived in same box, gluten-free still frozen, however sourdough had defrosted. Put both in freezer straight away. At time to use, Gluten free defrosted and was not sticky to work with, tasted delicious!! My husband said the sourdough was sticky to work with and needed lots of flour, but tasted delicious. Perhaps delivery for sourdough could be improved?? Would recommend despite.
