Although I am retired, I am required to have evidence of a basic Food Hygiene certificate for some voluntary activities that I do and this course fits the bill perfectly! It was interesting and reminded me of useful facts that I had forgotten. I could proceed at my own pace and the fee payable was very reasonable. I like the fact that all the modules studied are listed on my certificate - useful 'evidence' to provide for any third party who requires it. I would recommend the course to anyone who needs a basic qualification in Food Safety and Hygiene.
