They take payment and send a link to log in but don't provide a password. Using password reset produced an email saying click here to reset password - but it isn't clickable.
Telephone the help number 01943 885095 but it is "not in service" - an odd expression suggesting perhaps the number is disconnected.
Phone their main number but they are not open.
So we paid for a course but we cannot access anything or talk to anyone.
