Virtalent has been amazing for my business! Being a one-person band, it's been hard to juggle everything and Emma (my new VA) has been so so helpful! Sarah was amazing at finding someone who would suit the work/help I needed, she was very understanding of my nervousness towards 'letting go' of the tasks I found overwhelming and letting someone else in to help for the first time. Emma has been lovely, she's super friendly and has been really good at supporting me with onboarding. She's held my hand through this new way of working and I would absolutely recommend Virtalent for how easy and reassuring the whole process has been!
