Caroline was delightful, so knowledgeable & kept us informed regarding all the changes related to COVID,,
It was a pleasure dealing with her,, we will definitely book through her again,,
Having always done our bookings independently,,
This was a much nicer experience..
The villa was fabulous,, best we have stayed @ so far on Royal Westmorland.
