I bought 3 experiences in November 2022. I tried to book through their platform and when I submitted my request the confirmation email said I needed to wait to receive a confirmation from iFly before my booking was confirmed. I never received confirmation and when I called iFly they never got a booing request in the first place. So I reached out to customer service and the experience has been TERRIBLE. It took me multiple emails to get someone to respond. All I wanted was for them to reschedule the booking since I couldn't do it through their platform. It has been TWO MONTHS of emailing with them and all they say is they can't refund me and they'll call iFly to reschedule. But they never do. They refuse to actually make the booking or refund me. It's ridiculous and I hope no one books with them again. Customer service is abhorrent.
