Went to see the guys at Vires Velo in November 2022, had an ID Bike fit and ordered a custom painted Ostro. Service on the day was very very good, when I got the bike delivered I didn’t ride it for around 8 weeks due to being bad weather and most of my workouts being on the turbo. When I went to use it the rear brake was not working. I spoke to Rob at vires velo and they agreed to pay for it to be rectified, these things do happen at the end of the day and the way they dealt with it gets the thumbs up from me. Have done a fair few miles on the Ostro now and it is an outstanding bike. Thanks again team.
