I went ‘full custom’ on my purchase and the whole process from inception to delivery was spot on (and far above anything I’ve experienced in the bike world - actually more akin to dealing with a supercar dealer than a bike retailer!)
The bike fit was excellent and I learnt as much in an hour as I had with hours/years of reading the science!
Would highly recommend the product, the service and the whole experience
