My experience of dealing with Vires Velo has been excellent. From my first Zoom meeting with John Bailey to collecting my bike from Rob Wickes was extremely professional and friendly. Several e-mails were exchanged during and after the order process. All were answered punctually and positively. I was interested to visit the HQ at Hethel so elected to collect my bike regardless of the 400 mile round trip. I was welcomed with an excellent coffee. Got to love a Rocket coffee machine. Always wanted one, but the cost! The unit is modern and well set up, with all the range of bikes to see. Very confident and inspiring to any customer. My bike, Factor Ostro VAM was waiting for me upstairs where Rob took the obligatory photo. Not had a copy of that yet Rob. As for the bike. The wait was a little longer than expected, but did get it in time for my trip to Belgium. Just! Chapeau Vires Velo.
