What went wrong was I ordered my cat food (3 bags) before 8am on Monday morning. It is now Thursday and nothing has arrived. They use DPD who have sent me an email saying that this will be delivered Thursday. I rung them up and they said it would arrive Friday. Purchased twice before without any problems. I have had to purchase 3 bags of cat foods elsewhere as my cats need feeding, This Company really has a bad attitude when you call them. Sorry isnt good enough. They probably havent even sent it. I would like a full refund but I doubt if they will, as they are obviously not on the level !!!!!!!!
