As I live in Scotland, my whole experience with Vintage Sofa Company has been online and I can honestly say it's the best service I've had from any company online. I messaged to ask about the corner Oskar when it was in a black Friday sale and had lots of back and forth with questions. The team were so helpful, answered all my questions, and made helpful suggestions. As I wasn't able to see the sofa in person, they sent me lots of pictures, videos and reviews which were very helpful. After purchasing, I asked them to hold the sofa for me as we were renovating, which they did with no issue. Our renovation works went on longer then expected and they were amazing, keeping our sofa for as long as needed. Delivery was easy and smooth and the sofa is absolutely gorgeous in.person. It fits perfectly and is so comfortable. I've got my eye on lots of other items, and can't wait to get the matching items! Would recommend them 100%!
