I've been following this company on line for quite some time as I really liked their furniture. I was however, unsure of ordering such a big ticket item as sofas online. Earlier this summer I was down in Yorkshire and took the opportunity to visit their mill showroom. Fabulous! I was warmly welcomed and free to wander around and sit/ try all their sumptuous sofas. They happily and patiently answered all my queries. I didn't buy on the day but it gave me the confidence in their quality and service to place an online order 3 weeks ago for 2 sofas, a footstool and a large rug. The order went through smoothly, the delivery charge is very reasonable (given i live in Scotland) and the guys brought everything up to my top floor flat. All the goods were well packed - just as well as it was thunder storms and heavy rain on the day of delivery. Very happy with my goods and the whole experience and happy to recommend to anyone else who might be hesitating.
