If I could I would leave zero stars. After a chat with them and being told that what I have is exactly what they are looking for, all vintage & antique brass, silver, objets d'art etc I sent two 25 kilo boxes, every item carefully bubble wrapped. They offered £20 for the lot! I've been offered that for one item elsewhere, let alone 50. I declined & they said they'd send it back. It arrived all jumbled, unwrapped in the boxes. Around a third of the items are now so damaged they are totally worthless. 100 year old lacquer box, carefully looked after, now so scratched & broken it's had to be binned. I would 1000% NOT recommend this company to anyone. It's a very classic bait & switch scam.
