Viking Direct NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS, so why provide that facility? They’ve started to send unwarranted direct marketing to my home address that I never signed up for, so emailed them to take all my personal details off their database urgently and to close down my account. I only bought one item from them ages back that I returned, which for some unknown reason required membership. Have sent numerous emails quoting GDPR regulations, which they’re either ignoring to keep me on their books against my will ;-) or unresponsive because they’ve no idea how to handle this.
