The company who installed the boiler were very poor. Dirty workman and did not resolve the air locked in the system which caused the boiler not firing up and showing the red triangle.
To resolve this after,weeks of cold radiators I had to pay for the fitting of a pressure tank in the airing cupboard. Although this is not a Viessmann problem it did not reflect well on the overall experience.
