We have been left with no heating or hotwater for 40days in winter now. The issue is Viessmann customer services do not pass information on to their service engineers, who despite their best efforts on the day, arrive uninformed about the situation and ill equipped to solve problems with their boilers. We have had 3 visits now, and the engineers were not aware that other engineers had already come and looked at our boiler. The messages sent to customer services when booking a visit were also not passed on.
I am afraid this has middle management incompetence written all over it, and i feel sorry for the engineers in giving this negative review, as they have been very professional as individuals. Let down by their organisation.
