Boiler delivered missing parts and added a day to disruption. After commission two separate leaks discovered. Faulty condenser pipe manufacture. Flue was not correctly sealed. Customer services blamed everyone one else and refused any compensation. Shoddy, dismissive and did not care about the customer one iota despite £5000+ price. Has worked well thus far with heating test to come this winter.
