(1) Product This product is really easy to use and I have been using it since three years. Initially there wasn't a lot of pictures to choose from but i can see great improvements that they have added a lot of cartoons. One thing that impresses me a lot is that this team is continuously upgrading their products to make it much more friendlier and with more pictures available. Great team! great products. (2) Services Whenever I had a suggestion, they will respond to me the next day and I am glad that they really take into the consideration customer's suggestions. Mine may not be the best or may not be suitable for all, but at least, I got reply that indicated my response is taken into account. That will encourage me more to provide more feedbacks. (3) Offer face to face with product manager I was offered to talk directly with product manager and this shows that this company is willing to listen to users. Overall, after being with Videoscribe for three years, I was touched by the progress of improvements they have. They keep updating to make it more useful and helpful.
