I have been using Videoscribe for several years and appreciate the company's efforts to continually improve the software. When there is an issue, their customer service representatives goes above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Recently, I had to replace a ten-year-old MacBook, which was a bit of a nightmare. Sparkol's team responded immediately, offered specific instructions, and worked hands on to help recover all of my scribes and get them working on the new device. Although the monthly cost is a little high, they offer a bulk price, which really makes the software affordable. Considering the tremendous increase in demand for internet marketing throughout the pandemic, there are so many ways to use this software for good in our local business communities.
