I’m a newbie to the whole video scribe world. I’m also tech challenged. One thing for sure the team at video scribe are on point with customer service. I live in the US so we have a time difference but those guys go above and beyond to note that and get my inquiry solved as soon as time allows. They reach out to find out if support was helpful. If I’m still struggling some one higher up will chime in and hold my hand. This is what it means to run a a credible business. They will not allow my lack of knowledge to hinder my success on their platform and with their product.
