Returned a bath to them ourselves, ordered wrong size, no damage, they signed proof of no damage, they now won't refund as the original packaging wasn't returned also. It is Illegal to withhold a refund due to no packaging - will be taking them to the small claims court - not that they are bothered. From showroom staff, to customer service staff, all arrogant people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
