Shocking customer service - still not as bad as their products though. Cheap and nasty - shower head purchased which was faulty (spraying water from the top of the unit ) - gave us a replacement which was also faulty. Asked for a replacement of greater value and they refused.
Stay away - there are much better places to go shopping for your bathroom bits.
