Very disappointed … ordered a whole number of things however they he taps /sink mixer box came without the taps in and the toilet came without the toilet seat!
There is then zero customer service for urgent issues- you cannot call anyone… you get signposted to a ‘bot’ that never sends you through to a real person and can’t resolve any issues. It doesn’t even have any similar useful information. You then have to wait 72 hours for someone to reply. Not helpful when you have the builders there and need your bathroom fitted asap.
