Good contact, everything happened as it should. Well packed. Relatively easy to assemble. The safety device is very good but could be difficult if you haven't got a strong grip. A small point but worth taking into account. Other than that, the tap is excellent quality. Works as promised. Well worth going on U tube. Excellent visual description on assembly.
