I had a wonderful experience with Victorian Plumbing! I ordered multiple items for a new bathroom renovation, and the items came quickly and well packaged. Such great quality for the price, too.
I also had an issue when ordering on site - a discount code that I had applied hadn't been registered, but after emailing the team to enquire, they got back to me within a day (a call and then an email), and applied the discount on retrospectively. I was so impressed at how quickly they responded. For such a big company, especially.
