Victoria Plumbing's driver delivered a smashed up toilet which was clearly in a million pieces and would have been noticed by anyone handling the box. I paid for next day delivery. I also paid for a plumber to be there on the day it was delivered. Eventually, they sent another one (six days later). It has no toilet seat despite the description saying it should be included. Victoria Plumbing have no phone number available for customers which I am sure is convenient for them but not for their customers. If they did have one, it would be overwhelmed with complaints. You have to fill in a form on their website and if you are lucky someone will reply in two days. I will never use this company again and would never recommend it.
