An illuminated mirror had for some reason to be attached to a pallet, yet its weight was very manageable, I think that increases risk to the component, but it was undamaged - but I now have a pallet to dispose of. I had to ring the transport co. to arrange delivery of the pallet - seems odd and not customer friendly. The morning of the delivery I had 5/6 e mails from VP - seems overkill
