Weve used VP for alot of bathroom supplies for a new build and generally i have been pleased with items from VP, although i did return a set of taps as i wasnt impressed by the quality. Unfortunately trying to return large items for refund such as radiators is bit of a nightmare as VP dont offer collection services and most courier/parcel companies wont touch such large items. As a result, pallet couriers have to be used, which makes the 'free returns' policy financially not viable for radiators, shower screens etc..
