We bought a shower set from you and the information was misleading in the customer questions where it was asked if there was a full wall plate for the valves and the customer assistant replied there was the option of separate as shown in the diagram or full wall plate: see below - contacted your Chat and no one could help outrageously bad customer service ! Is there a option for this valve so you can ad a face plate as tiler wasn’t sure and hasn’t finished his tiles close enough to the valve controls.
