I bought tickets in advance within selected seating area and shortly before the concert viagogo sent me an email that they are not able to provide me with the tickets I bought and offered to switch the seating section to an obviously worse option.
I got an option to return money or to be transfered to the very end of the O2 arena without any compensation.
So if you buy a "business class" ticket with viagogo you can not be sure you won’t eventually find yourself in "economy".
