The female vets are polite
Caring and very understanding Lucy is polite and so is Jenny they looked after my cat lulu with descent and respect of my wishes but when u ring it does say, that u can look at the back of vets when did ask I was refused. But apart from that they are the only vets il go to on Bilton road.
