appauling customer service. if I could have ticked a negative star I would have done! ordered a new washing machine and collection of existing one. delivered new one today. After unpacking my new one and taking the packaging out to the bins I see that they didn't take the old one away that I left at the entrance to the house. 35mins on a call. the last 20 mins on hold! all they said they would do is refund the collection fee. I said that didn't solve the problem as I now have to get rid of the machine - which is now affecting getting my car in and out. I said I wouldn't have ordered it if this was the outcome. They said I could return the new one (at their cost!) and then get a full refund. so they don't care about the customers problem I now have! Collecting the new machine from me would have cost them just as much as collecting the old one. diabolical company. it takes about 12 to 15 mins just to get through
