First and foremost, there has been a glaring lack of clarity in providing a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with the Verisure service. At the outset, I was not presented with a comprehensive breakdown of how the costs would accumulate over time, leaving me in the dark about the true financial commitment involved.
Furthermore, the cost of the service has been steadily increasing over time, which has come as an unwelcome surprise. This unexpected escalation in expenses has placed an undue financial burden on me, as a customer who was not adequately informed of such potential increases.
One of the most disconcerting aspects of my experience was the exorbitant installation cost I was charged, totalling £496. I was taken aback to discover that this substantial fee essentially covered the removal of a 3M sticker and the installation of the equipment. Such a fee for what amounted to a seemingly simple task left me feeling taken advantage of.
Lastly, I would like to highlight about my interactions with Verisure's sales representatives which was very disappointing. It appeared that their primary focus was on selling the products, often emphasizing a "fancy" discount, rather than providing transparent and comprehensive information about the terms and costs associated with the service. This left me with a sense of being pressured into a decision without a full understanding of the implications.
I believe it is imperative for Verisure to prioritize transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction in its operations.
