I am so glad that I did my research on this company before going ahead with the order. Thank you so much to everyone for your helpful feedback. For anyone still fighting to cancel their subscription, I would suggest that you cancel any direct debit or standing order you have with them & ignore any phone calls, letters, emails etc. Legally they don't have a leg to stand on.
