Really bad customer service. I booked an engineer visit and on the day he called and gave me a completely different location.
Company never done the follow-up to issue.
1 I have to call three times to get a customer service person on the phone.
2 Never said when they increase the direct debit.
3 When canceled the service asking for downgrade fees, when its been sold saying when I cancel the contract I owe the equipment except for the zerovision equipment.
Customer service people claim they can not do anything in any department.
