I am working with Venn Group for over a year and not only had no gaps between assignments but the team listened to my preferences and placed me in roles which benefited my career. Started on Band 3 in NHS and within 12 months I am working on Band 6 on an extended contract. Rebecca Cass was my main point of contact during my journey with the agency and she always exceeded my expectations. The agency is very good at following up and making sure you are being happy during your assignments. The most important thing is I never had a missed payment and they will always chase the Line Managers to sign off the timesheets. They have a diverse pipeline of roles and I enjoy working with them.
