Good service normally but I would say that I am disappointed that when items are out of stock such as battery chargers below (this happens quite often) you stand to loose your discount when they do appear again on line; ie: discount code has expired and need urgently so cannot wait for next offer. In addition I was not given the option of an email advising me when they were back in stock meaning I had to keep going on line to check. Sadly poor customer service in my book.
