Since i bought 100 mg ive seen slight improvement in psoriasis and no imrovement in joint pain .....furthermore this product can not qualify as ice mint flavour ....in fact it comes nowhere near .....i liken the flavour to sucking compost juice through a straw .....with not even a hint of mint ....as the active ingredients go , its fine ...but be prepared to add flavour to make it palatable
